How To Order Your New Worksurfaces In 5 Easy Steps

Measurements
Please send in your measurements or floor plan to [email protected]. Please include details where sink and hob cutouts are needed, and if you require upstands, windowsills, and splashbacks. Alternatively, if you need assistance measuring your worktops, you can book a free survey. Please call 01189 762826
Choose Your Material
If you know what type of material you want, please let us know the as well as the thickness of the worktop you require. If you don’t know the exact name of the material we will be more than happy to help with colour suggestions.
We always encourage customers to visit our showroom in Reading so you can see the material in person, as pictures online aren’t always a true likeness of the material.

Your Free Quote
Your quote will be based on the measurements you give us and the material colour you chose. We will be happy to make alternative suggestions to meet any budget or colour styles.
Once you are happy with your quote, you can confirm your order via email. When we confirm your order our end, we will require a 60% deposit which will be deducted from your balance. This allows us to order you material in advance and book your template.
Templating
Templating is the precise measuring of your worktops and can only be done once all the base units are secure in their final position. Any movement of the base units before or after templating can result in your worktops being cut wrong which the customer is liable for. Any additional items requested by the customer during or after templating will be charged and added to the final balance.

Installation
Your installation date will be booked 7 – 10 working days after templating, depending on the material and fabrication time of your worktop.
If you have other trades working on your project, we will do our best to work alongside them to minimise any delays.
